Setting up your online account.

How do I sign up?
Start by navigating to our website, sbgcomfort.com. In the top right corner, you will find a green tab labeled “Customer Login.” Click the tab, and you will be guided through the registration process.

Where can I find my account number?
Your account number is on your SBG Comfort statement or invoice. You can call our office (814-798-8002, 8 am-4 pm, Mon-Fri) to obtain this information. When inputting your account number, USE ONLY the first 6 digits. Do not include any numbers or dashes after the first 6 digits. Example account #: 123456-2; use only 123456.

What does my online account include?
• Make payments
• Delivery and transaction histories
• Tank percentage (if applicable & not on Will Call status)
• Print invoices and statements
• Change your billing and statement format (paper or paperless)

Can I sign up for auto-debit through my portal?
No. If you wish to enroll in auto-debit, you must call our office and request an auto-debit form. We can mail or email to your address on file. If you stop in and fill out the form in our office, ask for a $5 off cylinder exchange coupon!

Can I request deliveries and/or services online?
No. To fully understand the specifics of your requested service and/or delivery, it’s best if we speak on the phone with you or in person at our office. This ensures we provide thorough and accurate information to our dispatch teams.

I want to change my email or password. Can I do this on my portal?
Yes! Click on your portal’s “My Profile” tab to update that information.

Help! I’m trying to create an account, but the site says my information doesn’t match.
First, ensure everything is typed correctly (and you’re only using the first 6 digits of your account number). If you are certain your information is correct, call our office, and we’ll gladly assist you (814-798-8002, 8 am-4 pm Mon-Fri).
