Propane home delivery begins with our complimentary, no-obligation site evaluations. Whether you’re new to propane or looking to switch your services to SBG, we can help make it a reality! We will review your needs and tailor service for year-round, reliable energy. While we do not provide price-per-gallon online or over the phone, our evaluations allow us to give you an accurate price during our visit.

Here is what you need to know about our delivery services:

Prioritizing Safety: Safety is our #1 priority. SBG customers perform a safety review with our certified technicians to ensure you have confidence in your propane system and know what to do if you smell propane.

Tank Rental: We do not charge rent for your tank unless you do not use its full capacity between July and the following June (generators and pool heaters excluded). During our complimentary site visit, our experts will strive to match the size of your tank to your estimated propane usage.

Tank Monitoring: Our tank monitoring system keeps you informed about your deliveries! You can download the Nee-Vo app or check the level by logging into the SBG customer portal.

Payment Options

We offer various payment options based on your credit.

Budget Billing

Consider enrolling in our budget-billing program for predictable monthly payments tailored to your yearly usage. This 11-month program runs May through the following March. Each April we will re-evaluate your usage and inform you of payment adjustments to reflect in the next cycle.

Pre-Buy Program

Starting with a $500 down payment, this program locks in your price per gallon each year.
